I think the answer to your question is that there probably isn't one because there are technically legal promises being made in auctioning and putting up good for sale and also in bidding. In many countries you need to be 18+ for these to apply to you.
If you really can't find an 18+ that you can link up with then try and see if there is a seller that acts on other people's behalf in your area. (There are quite a few of these people on eBay.) I suspect that you may have to give them a % of the sale price but that might be better than not being able to sell at all. (Good luck m8)
