Discuss Maslow's theory of motivation?

Question:
Discuss Maslow's theory of motivation

Answers:
i can't i am too unmotivated to do that
What's in it for me?

I believe the theory of motivation is different than the hierarchy of needs. i could be mistaken. as for the hierarchy of needs, while it is very logical it is not absolute. some can achieve self actualization without achieving primary needs. I am a living example and have discussed it with Psyc. Professors, etc.
There are certain levels of needs which keeps human being in motivated state.
Level1 = Physiological needs
Level 2=Social Safety
Level3=Affection with ppl
Level4=Self Esteem
Level5=Self Actualization(exp.Swami Vivekanand,Goutam Buddha)
It is not necesaary that an individual will follow these level in sequential manner.
