How qualities do customer service reps possess?


Question:
i have a interview which requires CSR type work, however i dont have any CSR work

what should i say to get the job, this is the 7th interview ive done, i need a job NOW

I am a CSR and here are the "must haves":

Responsible

Patient

Calm

Sympathetic

Intuative
The ability to talk circles around the customer, lying should come very easily and also be prepared to say whatever it takes to save the company money. I used to do online customer service for airlines.
However, if you want the job, say that you can stay cool under pressure, you are not combative when faced with angry customers and that you care about helping people. That's what I said to get me into 2 years of hell.
You should start by working on your spelling, punctuation, and Grammar. I wouldn't hire you based solely on the fact that you couldn't even write a clear question.
