Hi euge. . . you are falling into the classic mistake of trying to tell everyone how good you are and how to find you . . you are not gaining any trust or credibility.
As a doctor you are blessed with one of the easiest businesses to quickly gain an enormous amount of business in a short period of time at virtually no cost, by gaining trust and credibility in your community.
You are crazy to advertise . .you just do not need to. For 30 years I have been showing professional businesses how to write articles and information to share with the community and prospective clients to gain trust and credibility. . . . long before the internet and websites. However the internet has made that lots easier and cheaper to distribute that information.
Go and talk to businesses and retirement homes and schools and send your articles to newspapers, magazines and do a blog to put them all on . . because you can do that for free.
It breaks my heart to see professionals looking to spend this sort of money on advertising . .which can make as many people suspicious of you as it will to think of you as a new doctor. I advise companies on how to do it sure . .but I do it for my business and I also run a foundation and advise hospitals internationally on the same concept.
Just visualise yourself as an authority in a particular area and get the word out on it.
Be a community participant . .join service clubs . .align with a charity and get out of the mindset of spending mega bucks on advertising trying to tell everyone about yourself . . .have people hear about you . . . . not from you.

I know doctors in Canada do TV and radio advertising. These doctors are well established though.
May I suggest that you use a mail advertising route. Prepare a profile and have it sent using the mail service in residential area of your office. This is used also and from what I have heard it does work to begin but the best advertising is word of mouth from your patients. Also maybe you can register your name in ER wards of the hospitals that you can practise in. What about the licencing branch in the state / province that you live?
You can also write about some disorder that you specialize in for the newspaper educating people about it and at the end have your name and website put there so that your name get out to the general public where your office is located. This can take time but it is the best way to educate because if you do that they will respect what you have said and offer as a family physician.
