OS Commerce is a free backend, there are plenty of templates again free (and pay for) so long as you can have PHP 4 or 5 and MySQL database (which are also free) on your webserver, you've scored and for very little money at all.
I visited your site and it needs some major search engine optimization.Also:
1.Your Page Rank is ZERO.
2.Your site is not indexed high on major search engines.
3.Traffic ranking is very low.
