I do not want some email relating to certain advertising agencies (like viagra or bogus prize winning advertisements) which comes repeatedly. May I know the method of stopping such messages. I do not find any addresses (email Id) to stop such advertisement. kindly help me

When you open your "mail box" there is a check box in front of each message. Check the boxes of the mail you don't want and go up to the tool bar and click on SPAM. Your server will automatically delete these messages before they get to you. It may take a while to get rid of all of them, but it's worth the effort.
