2. bad UI (user interface)

Its definitely a good start, however from a marketing perspective, if you want to be taken seriously, you need to put more effort. People are so sceptical these days about buying things online, ur presence has to be flawless.
I would suggest u invest in a better logo and do a better job at the top navigation.too much categories. Break it down further. The image quality is poor as compared to your competitors. Use business colors and make sure they coordinate. As for prices, they're ok but not sure about half the stuff on there but that could be because I am not familiar with it.
