It is very very rare to see false advertising on Television. Advertisers can get not only very large fines or can get very bad publicity, What they actual do, is straddle a very thin line by exaggerating a product in such a way it might seem like false advertising, but it's not. (this is not considered false advertising) Sure it might not seem right to alot of people but it is not considered false advertising.
