I currently work as a Customer Service Rep. I graduated a few years back from a Medical Assistant Program. I had no idea why I enrolled not until the graduation. I had no idea what I want to do. I've been told I'm really good at work too, I work for a financial company by the way. I'm still confused.

No, you are not the only one. First, ask yourself, "what am I good at?". Second, "what do I really like?". Third, "what can I do that relates to both what I'm good at and what I really like?" Ask your closest friends or family members for their opinion. See what they come up with and maybe that may give you some direction into what your future career may be. Remember, just one step in the right direction can make all the difference.
It's time for that trusty old list. Do you work 8 hours a day because you have to at that job? If they asked you to work an hour or more over at no pay, would you?
That's the difference between a job and a career. A career will be worth putting whatever time necessary into. The Medical Assistant's program would likely pay more money, so why didn't you stick with it?
