Anyone that works at a UPS store?

I just got a job at the UPS store I start on Aug 1st. can anyone tell me if the store you work or worked at gives paid vacation. what kind of benefits do you get for a manager position? And what is it like working for UPS? got any stories?

Most of the stories I have heard are good. Occasional very disgruntled employees.
