How much of the Hilton hotel chain does Paris own? How much does her father own?

Just curious - I read that Paris was worth $600 Million herself but with the recent deal to take Hilton private - I wonder how much will Paris and her father will be worth?

Here is her "Biography". According to this she may be only inheriting about 20 million though her grandfather was worth over 1 billion. She does have some other things going on, but from this it seems that 600 million is a way out exaggeration (maybe worth 30 million). Still, maybe she will inherit more - who knows.
