On Ebay after you sell an item, does Ebay send the winner an e-mail atomatically or do you have to do it? Also, if the winner pays with pay pal, do you get an e-mail saying that the pay pal transaction is complete?

yes. Ebay will send them a notice, but you can as well. You can send them an invoice if you like. As long as the details are noted in the listing, you shouldn't need to tell them anything about the closing. Paypal will contact you when you receive the payment as well. It will come to your email address that you signed up with.
