If you email via the tesco website attn Publicity and ask them for a copy they should send a copy, if you tell thwm what its for.
The question is unclear. If you are talking about the management structure you will have to piece it together from the annual report. Tesco may provide a chart if asked. If you are talking about the group company structure you would have to again piece it together through searches at Companies House starting with any information on the main subsidiaries in the parent company's annual report notes and drilling down using notes in each company's accounts and the latest annual return which should show the shareholder(s). Again, it is possible Tesco may provide a tree structure but neither of these pieces of information are a matter of public record and they have no obligation to provide them.
