Anyone ever experienced bad service from Chevron? I have and just had to cancel my account with them due to a problem that was not my fault and that they've made a mistake in which causes my credit rating to lower. It's very surprising since I've been in good standing with them. I had to go through several supervisors to try and fix the problem but they're so stuck in their ways.

Well if they're not willing to bend for you and you've tried to speak with different supervisors and they're still not willing to try and get you back as they're customer then that probably means that they're such a huge corporation that they don't care about losing a customer.
Sad but sometimes it's how corporations like these work.
if you can prove that its there mistake try disputing it the three nationwide consumer reporting companies
