Driven by greed? Of course, that's the definition of capitalism.
Guilty of mass murder and injury? No. They would only be guilty of that if they held a gun to your head and said, "Eat the poison or I kill you!"
We have free will, that's the one thing that distinguishes from animals. Now I'll be the first to say that yes, the sheer marketing and advertising out there is downright scary. But, people are ultimately responsible for themselves. Blaming the company because people made ignorant decisions regarding food purchases is like blaming the knife in a murder. They're tools, nothing more. You have the power to wield that knife. Now, do you choose injure yourself or eat healthy food?
yes i would contact your local law enforcement and get them to take all the food off the shelves of stores and arrest all shopkeepers.
