However, if this place really interests you, you should try visiting and/or experience it's service. Try to build up a discussion with one of the administrative staff and the workers. Take note of how happy they might be or how willing they are to answer your simple questions. Employees who readily show happiness is good indication that they enjoy working there. If they have a website, match your experience against their claims for good customer service.
As far as salary information, go to www.payscale.com - they supposedly give a free salary range report from their 2007 listing of jobs out in the market. You might have to make allowances for the salary ranges depending on what part of the country this company is in.
