ive been having net problems with bt for a while now on and off which all get solved eventually but i cant speak to a brittish call centre advisor only ones based in india etc which i find hard to understand and explain the problems i am having does anyone have a telephone number i can use to contact a brittish call centre advisor about any problems i am having with my telephone/internet??

With all call centres, its all pot luck as to what/who/where you get, depending on number of calls, time of day, etc... and a lot of algarithms. Sorry for being techie, goes with the day job :-((
The best way to get around it is to ask to be put through to someone else and they will transfer you.
On a positive side, they are listening to the voice of the people and more and more centres are transferring back to the UK, in particular to Northern Ireland
have you tried calling 100?
My partner once had problems understanding an operator and he asked if there was a supervisor on hand.they normally have better English
ask for someone who speaks english. i did and got transfered to someone i could understand
I have news for you we don't have any as it is cheaper to pay staff in india than uk.
