Anyone work for JC Penney's, are they a good company to work for. I have just been offered a mngmt position.

Right now it's a latteral move but once benefits kick in it will be a step up from my present job, and I'm at a stand still right now. Been here 8 years no one ready to retire for 6 years or more.
