This company everprivatecard is draining my bank account and I don't know what to do, but to close out my account. I read online that they are also called secretcashcard. I also read that they are getting their information from payday advance company's. Does anyone know how to reach these people. The bank gave me a number of 1-866-496-1799, and it is just a recording.

The 5th (or so) entry down seems to tell you how to get a refund - but I've never tried this, don't know if it will work. If I were you I'd call the bank, tell them you did not authorize this and ask them to refund the money. They will almost certainly refuse, but then I'd go to small claims court for the county and file againist them - yes againist the bank (file againist Ever Private Card too if you can, but may not be able to do this in your county) for your money. This will get their attention and they will address the problem one way or another. To file againist the bank you will need the name of their registered agent which you can find online.
"Secretcashcard" is a prepaid Visa Debit card. If you have a debit card and are using it, that's what's draining your account.
