want a c corp and apply for s status with irs. need fed tax and dba. how many forms do i send to sec of state to form corp? what all do i need? please post links if able. i want: c corp, tax id, indeminification agreement, s status, dba filing .and i'm good to go. just what should be in my articles for my corp and to have indemnification protection? 2 person owned corp.
