Question:
I've never had one before, I do not pay for anything (car insurance, house payments, etc.) I have NO credit history what so ever. Which card will accept me and have either low annual fee's or no annual fee? I only get paid $400 a month as I work for my dad only 2 days a week. I know how credit cards work and am very cautious. I am only needing it to build up my credit score!
Answers:
I would suggest one of those Pre Paid credit cards like Visa or Mastercard. Shop around and see if you can find one that you put money into the account and then you can use the card. Also the credit card company reports your spending habits to the three main credit bureaus.
with that income, you have very little chance.
You could try Chase or Cap 1. Those were my first credit cards when I had no credit but I was making $800 a month. Maybe try for a Student card through your bank? Also, make sure there are NO annual fees and as long as you pay off your debt every month APR shouldn't really matter. APR can be lowered later(although I think some places are willing to waive annual fees if they have them but not many.)
Are you a student? You might be able to get student credit card.
I got my first credit card when I was still a college student.
debit cards are much better. Your expeneses are under control.

Though prepaid credit cards resemble debit credit cards a lot, the two are vastly different. When you use debit cards for any purchase, your shopping will be automatically debited from your bank account. On other hand, the purchases made with prepaid cards are deducted from the balance present on the card.
The prepaid cards offer various benefits like:
Interest-free purchases
People with a bad credit history are eligible to apply for a credit card.
The credit limit varies according to the balance available on the card.
I know a good site that offers an excellent variety. Check them out. http://www.1-800badcredit.com/bad-credit...
You might have to start with a pre-paid card but if you do select one that reports to the credit bureaus to build credit. Not all Pre-Paid cards report. Good luck.
