you will need to provide a better description of what you are applying for. If you are applying for a loan officer, i can probably understand, but if you're applying for others... I myself have only had one rejection because of my credit. That wasn't because they felt I didnt deserve the job due to my bad credit, but the fact that I didnt want to explain why I had bad credit (by that time I received another offer from another company)
