There have been agency in europe trying to scam me. Is there someone who can give me a loan. If there is someone for europe who is not trying to scam me contact me. Also for the agency in europe. I don't have money to pay any tranfer fee or insurance fee. Also i can't pay a non collateral fee. If there is an agency who can do that without me having to pay those fees contact me. There was one person in europe that could do that but my bank froze my account. Anyone in america or europe that can give me a loan without paying those fees contact me

all those loan offers are scams. No one is going to loan you 10 grand without excellent credit or some type of collateral.

Contact Interpol about the agency that is trying to scam you. If your bank account was frozen in relation to that, tell them that too and have them work with you to get your bank account un-frozen.

Why did your bank froze your account? It sounds too scary to lend you money, even if I had the money to do that.

I'd stick to the good ol' US of A for loans. Any fees should be deducted from the loan. If they are asking you to send money ahead of time, its a scam. Your ability to get a loan is going to depend on your credit. One site that does unsecured loans is Prosper (link below). It's what is known as a person to person lending site (your loan, if you get it will be funded by other individuals). But if your credit is bad (FICO below 600), you may your ability to get a loan there limited.

You are right. You are in need of the loan so why should you give the lender some money. If they ask for money like transfer fee or insurance or like that believe that are not legitimate. Ask them to give there contact numbers call them up. You can also ask them to deduct the money fro the loan amount and don't pay anything.
Go for legitimate lenders.
