What does it say on your credit card? The first thing I do is copy and paste it into Google to see what comes up. If you can't get an idea there, call your credit card company. Usually, they have a little extra info they can give you to jog your memory. If that does not help or they have no further info to give you than what you see on the statement, then report it as a fradulent charge. That will get someones attention if the debt is valid.
Call the bank. They may not be able to tell you anything until the charge has completely posted but thats where you should start.
Contact your credit card company and inform them that your card has been hacked
