Looks like he bought a cruise ticket on the SS Hiawatha II. the numbers are the phone number.

well the 407 area code is Orlando, FL and the name SS Hiawatha ll is probably the name of a ship.
Call the phone number and ask what the purchase was for.
If he knows that you check his credit card statement just simply ask him what it is. Act like you noticed the charge and wanted to be certain it was valid and not a case of identity theft
At least it doesn't say "Victoria's Secret" or "Cutie's House of Boo-ty"
