or you mean bank payment? Mortgage? Other?
about private invoices you can just call (within 6 months after the deadline) and send money without fees.
banks are worse, the day after the deadline, they start to add the BCE official interest of 3,75 - 4%,

and then, they add the spread (0,70% ~ 1,40%), which is different from bank to bank.
