I'm not sure what you mean by have had problems. These people are regulated by the state & federal gov. What does your contract say & are they not within those guidelines? If you feel they have done something illegal try contacting Bank Operation, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency 1-800-613-6743 They oversee all the banks, credit cards, etc. and make sure they are within the law.

All this debt consolidation company's is a bad news, they will put you in more problem.
