a catalogue or Brighthouse will do them on credit, They have had a bad press though.
you can try catalogues or somewhere like Argos, but you would have to pass a credit check and if you are low income they might not let you have more than £250 credit so you couldnt afford one anyway, thats if you pas the credit check at all.
If your income is that low, you can't afford one. How would you make the payments?
