Should I sell my Global Santa Fe stock now (sharp increase due to buy-out) or wait until purchase is complete?

Transocean merger should be approved & accomplished by end of 2007.

Answers:
Energy stocks are definitely worth holding on to. The market seems to have approved of the acquisition (Transocean stock is up). Why sell? (Unless you need to spend the cash now!).
