We have a code one?

Several times while in the grocery store, I have heard someone on the intercom announce "we have a code one...". What is a code one?

Answers:
It could mean a couple of things. Either a price check or cleanup
someone smuggling food in their underwear
Most grocery stores have their own code system. You would have to ask on of the employees.
code one is normally a spiliage
Depends on the business. It can range from shoplifting to backed up check out lines to a missing child and so on.
Each business develops its own list of codes.
