I understand that there is a market similar to the REITS market of the USA, can you tell me if you know a finacial institution in Japan thet specializes in such market there.

Any brokerage will have the REIT type product as part of their offering..
You can trade the currency: the yen against the US Dollar; against the Euro; against other currencies.
This is known as "The 4X". There is software for trading the 4X. Its relatively inexpensive - less than $4,000 U.S.
I trade stocks/options using software similar to that software. It has red lights and green lights.
Its a wonderful organization. Great technical support; terrific on-line, subscriber programming and it has user groups or chapters throughout the world.
I'm not a principal, I don't own any of the stock [if there is any], but I endorse the software and its concept.
I would love to tell you the name, but ethically I feel this would be "stepping over the line"
At least I know Yahoo! doesn't especially like it.
