most banks will do it. I think you'll get the lowest exchange rate at your own bank, but call around.
You can do it at the airport too but you'll lose more money
any international bank will make this conversion for you
you can convert your money at some banks, but you would have to find out first if they do convert currency, also if you live near any big airports 9/10 they have somewhere you can exchange currency.
If you live in the LA area in LAX you can find places to change dollars to a lot of money from other countries. They are like a little bank and are located in almost all terminals. I saw one in the American Airlines terminal. Hope can help u
