Im only 11 and saving up for a PSP i cant sell things and i cant do things for neighbors because im to young and i cant have garage sales any help is apprechiated thanks!

do jobs for your parents. Tell them you are trying to learn good saving and budgeting habits. They should help you out. Also you can do paid surveys on the net, however I don't know what age you have to be and also these hardly pay anything and you have to do heaps.
Well, you can do SOME things, like working for a little money for your parents. like vacuuming the house for like $1.00 an hour or something, just don't be too dramatic and make it like 10 hours to do it!
start learning about web development using Php and MySQL or even and program called C++ or C sharp
youre not too young. when i was 11 i was doin all kinds of things around the neighborhood. and just sell some of your old stuff at a garage sale, why not? if you cant do any of that, im gonna say you not gunna end up with a psp
