Answers:
1. Rick

2. I am with Shaklee, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, LMS Fragrances and soon I hope to add Party Lite Candles.

3. I needed to develop a plan to be able to retire, rather than being a part of a system that uses my time and assets to make other people rich, while I stay on a borderline poverty level, and my teens will need help with schooling sometime soon.

4. I got fed up with jobs that did not maximize my potential, my personality and my profits. However, as we still need to take care of our responsibiliies, I still work an hourly job, and will need to do so until the business is making a profit that makes the other unneeded.

5. Persons in the field and with each company have provided assets for me to use. Also, Entrepreneur magazine has an excellent library available.

6. As a life long learner at heart, I believe that what makes a difference for others is what helps me the most. I have worked in geriatric and special needs health care, which inspired my relationship with Shaklee; in food prep, which inspired my relationship with PC and Tupperware; and in customer service areas, which is inspiring me to build a gift registry for the benefit of many different groups of people. If you want more info, just email me and ask.

7. Accounting, entreprenerial classes, and customer service, in the class room, and interacting with many different people in order to learn more, in life.

8. Life merges differing factors that pertain to ones drive for knowledge. When you see the potential you have that just sits there like kinetic energy, while others are pulling in the rewards related to their personal endeavors, you may begin to wonder, as I did, why not me?

9. Learning from each relationship, and each job, steadily as you go to make your goals and dreams a reality.

10. How do you earn a skill? By looking outward, rather than inward, to see how others can benefit from what you have to offer. Whey you yearn for the best for others, you learn more than you need to know, and earn the right to have others take notice of you and what you are doing. I am not sure of this question, or if this answers it, but...?

11. People first, personality second, projects third, but each of these dovetail to bring success in due time. This endeavor is new in 2007, but I expect to be doing quite well by holiday time.

12. Focus. Not losing the vision by getting caught up in a lot of the details; the ability to better communicate the dream I want to share with others; to stop procrastinating and to improve my time management skills

13. I intend after a time of due diligence in building my networks to be free to go where I want to go, to do what I want to do, and to help as many as I can to live healthier, happier lives by not only the products I distribute, but by promoting a lifestyle that is not dedicated to padding someone else's wallet.

14. Right now, it is the hope for a better future for my family, and the hope of making a difference for others.

15. The one that is the most common in network marketing is the scam or scheme concept in the minds of so many. I cannot think of any other, at this point.

16. I am still weighing that one out, but I know there are a lot of responsibilities with managing your own business, and at this point, I am looking forward to proactively addressing those before they arrive.

17. I think this question has been answered in previous statements.

18. Sincerely, email me for more one to one interaction. That is my advice. Email me.

Thanks for all of the thought you put into your questions.

I hope you gained something from my answers.
