Try Naic, Cavite (about an hour south of Manila). Go visit these two Barangays: Balsahan and Bucana Malaki at Barok Beach. Go there in early hours (go to Balsahan first) like 4 or 5 a.m.
It's a family business, boats come and go and you can get more information from them. Look for Lito Reyes, my uncle.
Fishermen would drop off their catch. Some fish off Manila Bay and some come from as far as Cebu. Squids of all sizes and colors show up... depending on the season is the abundancy. But there are squids all year round.
