I would go on a nice vacation with the love of my life and just relax. Buy a nice house and things I actually need.
WAIT do you mean 2 days to live?
Then I would, buy a nice barrel spot and pay of my funeral bills so there not on my family. and I would then go on a nice vacation and live up my last 2 days with my family and the love of my life. Write a long letter to every one and my will. Then buy alot of nice stuff for my future kids(I DONT HAVE ANY) if I did. I would buy them game systems and my girlfriend a nice car and house then just make it as nice a life as I could leave for my family and friends.
Invest it somehow into more money. Make money make money if you get what i am saying. Get even more rich. Then I will start building a home based on my design. maybe even design my own vehicle Then I get my family straight. then a few friends. If I was going to die I would get my life insurance paid for the first day take care of my death first. leave 250,000 for family. the rest on me I would sky dive, Surf, and snowboard, fly a plane over paris and parachute to the Eiffel tower. The last day I would have a Hip hop concert it will be huge with only the best of the best. it will be free to everyone
I assume I can't buy stocks or bars of gold or other investment tools.
If not, I would pay off all my and my family's debts, including mortgages. Buy all the latest and greatest electronic toys and gadgets for myself and my kids. new cars, sitting lawn mower, patio furniture, new fence, new furniture, new clothes, jeweleries, donate some to church for extra credit... Stay in expensive hotel with ocean view and get a foot massage.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING works harder than money. "Pay yourself first."
These are Gross & Estimated:

10% to yourself, just because you earned it and you deserve it. = $200K
10% to your savings, for your rainy day fund
= $200K
35% +/- for taxes, because the Gov't - at all levels - wants their piece of the action
= $700K
Pay off all your loans, debts & credit cards.
25%+/- or $500K
The last 10% or $200K or the balance, which may be more than that 10% or $200K. Invest it in tangible assets to give you a fair return on your investments: real estate, stocks, etc.
