He now makes barely over 1,000 a month like 1050 dollars or something and his parents gives him a 200 dollar allowances and he has nothing to pay but insurance and cell phone. Will he afford a SRT-4. I'm thinking since a SRT4 doesn't cost as much as a EVO and Impreza WRX, maybe he can actually afford it. Is it possible, he has okay credit and like 2,000 down payment ready.

i think he will still have problems with the extra things that pop up. i would like to see a bigger down payment so his payments would be lower.
