Any info on "Real Estate Locator's" or a company called "The Real Estate Arena"?

Has anyone had exsposure or work as a real estate locator? Looking for verifiable info. Seeking info from Real Estate agents or investors. Does anyone use locators or is this just another scam?

I'm a real estate agent in NY and yes, I've heard of them. What they do is this . . . they build a network of real estate agents in various areas who pay them a monthly fee, so when someone comes along looking for real estate, they blast it out to their network of agents and the the real estate agent who answers first (for some, it's the first 5 agets to respond) gets this person as a lead.
