I try to encourage people not to make their own cards using that perforated paper..really unprofessional.
In Word, New Document, Tools, labels, options (I think) select the size of the business card or pick the Avery form # which will be on the business cards stock that you buy.
Vistaprint.com has cheap design it yourself business cards too.
