If you haven't moved don't worry as it should be in the mail by first week of August if not ring ATO as they can advise if the business has closed & the details that you will need.
Does your old boss have an accountant, or someone who does his/her accounts - if yes, they should be in charge of your group certificate anyway, so you should be able to grab it off them without needing to contact your boss. Good luck :-)
