Alaska with a tax rate of 6.6% and also doesnot charge sales taxes or income taxes. But this can fluctuate from state to state so what kind of taxes are you referring to? sales tax? property tax or overall tax?

I dont know about otehr states, but here in FL we dont have to file State Taxes at the end of the year, like so many. and our sales tax is only 6%. Property taxes aren't great, but it evens out i think.

Here's a list I found. Notice FL is 44th.
